Background -

An orphan of two lieutenants from the Cadian 202nd, Hector was orphaned at a young age and raised in an orphanage. He grew quickly and was noted as a bully, manipulating others and rising above the other children.
This raised him above the others at the Scholar and he was taken to be trained as a commissar as he reached his 16th birthday. After years of training Hector realised life in the scholar was better than any he might recieve on the front line so flunked his exam 3 times, resulting in 2 more years training. on his 29th birthday he was ejected from the school, left to the winds of fate.
